Andrew Francisco
Andrew Francisco, Founding Attorney of Francisco Law Firm, is a lifelong West Tennessean with deep roots in the Gleason community. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Martin before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law, where he received the Dean’s Award of Excellence and served as Articles Editor for the Law Review.
With more than twelve years of experience, Andrew is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Kentucky and represents clients in a wide range of legal matters, including Injury Litigation, Business and Commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Corporate and Transactional Law, and Immigration Law. His work includes recovering over a million dollars for injured clients, defending national insurance companies, and litigating hundreds of automobile, premises liability, and civil cases.
Andrew’s practice also extends to business formation and contract drafting, where he has guided small businesses, farmers, staffing companies, and other entrepreneurs through complex transactional matters and multi-million-dollar agreements. His immigration experience includes successful representation in asylum, removal defense, and family- and employment-based visa petitions.
Grounded in integrity, authenticity, and a commitment to community, Andrew returned to Weakley County to raise his family and serve the people who shaped him. Today, he provides practical, down-to-earth counsel that blends hometown values with the knowledge and skill of a seasoned attorney.
